Working session to complete the WA State Building Code Council (SBCC) Residential Energy Code Proposal Form to designate cross laminated timber as an insulating material with specified thermal R value.

Learn about the proposed Embodied Carbon Legislation currently under review in the Washington House of Representatives. Washington House Bill 1458, sponsored by Representative Davina Duerr, is based on the Embodied Carbon Study performed by the Carbon Leadership Forum.
