Mass timber construction offers a powerful opportunity to reduce embodied carbon, support regional forestry and manufacturing, and create healthy, inspiring public buildings.
However, many agencies lack the technical expertise, procurement support, and capital needed to pursue mass timber construction in their developments.
Our Mass Timber Ready program provides targeted early-stage support to public agencies planning new civic or community facilities, including:
